Any access or utilization of this site (www.atentie.info), corporately or individually, are under the incidence of the present Terms and Conditions. By accessing, copying or using in any form of this site, you accept those terms and conditions. The ARIIS Press Agency may modify the present terms periodically and uncoacted, and your utilization of the site after those modifications implies the acceptance of the modifications. c. Any using of the ARIIS Press Agency's Materials, including but not limited to copying or distribution, download is prohibited without the written accord of the ARIIS Press Agency, excepting the situations specified at letter d.
d. The articles published on www.atentie.info may be copied, in any form, only under the following conditions:

2. by any mass media representative with the obligation of specifying the source in case of integral or partial reproduction, on any type of support.
2.2 Forums for discussions
Visiting the forum of the ARIIS Press Agency you (the user) confirm that you are the only responsible for the way you communicate and for the consequences of your affirmations. The ARIIS Press Agency is not responsible for any of your information or ideas expressed on the forum. The ARIIS Press Agency reserves the right to suspend or erase the accounts for users guilty of violation of the Terms and Conditions, without their consent.
If the ARIIS Press Agency is notified regarding certain materials that does not comply with these terms, the ARIIS Press Agency may (but it is not obliged) to investigate and decide by its own the erasing, correcting or keeping these materials.
5. Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions for using the www.atentie.info site are ruled and interpreted according to the Romanian law. The ARIIS Press Agency and the visitor are agree that all misunderstandings regarding these terms or any other problems bounded to the site www.atentie.info , in case it will not be possible an amiable solving, there will be solved by the Romanian law court.

The Term and Conditions represent the fully accord and agreement between ARIIS Press Agency an you, regarding the articles mentioned in this document. Any declaration, guarantee, document or any other accord of any kind, that is not expressed in those Terms and Conditions, will not affect nor use for interpreting, modification or restriction of the dispositions included in this document.
